Deposit. Please note that for your first appointment there will be a 50% deposit payable at the time the booking is made, the booking won‘t be confirmed until this has been paid.
Cancellation Policy. It is understood that sometimes appointments have to be cancelled or rescheduled. You are kindly requested to give 48 hours notice (at least 2 working days) otherwise full payment will be due. I hope you will understand that a slot missed is a loss I encounter and as a small business, missed appointments greatly affect my ability to run effectively.
Late arrival. If you are running late please let me know. Late arrivals after 15 minutes may mean I am unable to offer a full groom service.
Late collection. If you are running late please let me know. I will of course take great care of your dog until you return but a £10 charge will be applied per half hour.
Matting. When a dog's coat is matted, it is important to understand I will always prioritise the welfare of your dog. I will not inflict any excess stress or discomfort to your dog. Severely matted coats may need to be clipped.
Aggressive and Difficult dogs. I reserve the right to refuse to groom any dog if I believe it may cause injury to itself or myself.
I will advise you if I become aware of any pre-existing conditions to enable you to seek veterinary advice. I cannot be held liable for pre-existing conditions that may arise.
In the unlikely event of a medical issue arising, if I am unable to contact you I will seek emergency veterinary treatment which will be at your cost.
Health and Hygiene. Our Policy is to provide you and your pet with a high standard of service and cleanliness will be o of the utmost importance. All equipment, tools and services will be cleaned and sterilised after every treatment.
Insurance. Your dog will be fully insured whilst it is in my care.
